You will then be taken directly to your accommodation where our driver will ensure you are settled in your accommodation. We also offer a Return Transfer Service to help you carry all your shopping souvenirs back home! Our driver will get you there on time and ready to fly!

Service Details

Meet & Greet (Name Board) — $220 per student

Available in Brisbane and Sydney. Required for students under 18. The driver meets the student inside the arrivals hall, accompanies them to the vehicle, and delivers them safely to their accommodation address.

Price includes:

  • Standard luggage allowance: 1 large suitcase (28″/30″) + 1 carry-on + 1 backpack
  • Meet and greet with a name board inside the arrivals hall
  • Live flight monitoring, with pickup time automatically adjusted for delays
  • 24-hour emergency contact and support
  • Driver background checks — all drivers hold a valid WWCC/Blue Card

Kerbside Pickup — $170 per student

Available in Brisbane only. For students aged 18 and over. Students under 18 may only select this option with written guardian consent, and it is not available to students who have selected the airline’s Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service.

Price includes:

  • Standard luggage allowance: 1 large suitcase (28″/30″) + 1 carry-on + 1 backpack
  • Driver waits in the short-term pickup area outside the terminal (approximately a 5-minute walk)
  • Driver sends a customised, illustrated guide before the student arrives
  • Driver background checks — all drivers hold a valid WWCC/Blue Card

Important: Drivers do not wait inside the terminal for kerbside pickup. Students must provide a contactable mobile number and a messaging account (WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE / SMS) so both parties can stay in touch.

HOW TO BOOK

Request your airport transfer directly on your application form, or contact us anytime at info@shafston.edu.

Booking at least 5 business days in advance is recommended. Flight details and the student’s contact number must be provided before the transfer can be confirmed. If a student has selected the airline’s Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service, our UM service ($20) must also be selected. Departure transfers are priced identically to arrivals — please specify arrival or departure when booking.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
