Holiday on Stradbroke Island With Shakas Adventure Tours

The 2 days, 1 night option trip will transport you to this island getaway where you can expect to discover the pristine waters of Brown Lake, the epic North Gorge Walk where you can search for local koalas, kangaroos and heaps of marine life.  Koalas, kangaroos, whales (in season), turtles, and heaps of dolphins are usually seen on this trip.

You can also expect to explore and capture photos of Point Lookout Gorge, Myora Springs and Amity Point, where you will spot wildlife up close and in their natural environment.

The trip will also have optional:

  • Scuba diving (extra cost $131 + hire)
  • Snorkelling (extra cost, 1 location – $60, 2 locations – $85)
  • Kayaking (Straddie Adventures, Kingfisher Tours)
  • Surfing Lessons

The trip will include return bus transport, departing from the Brisbane Campus at 7:15 am. At 9:00 am the ferry will depart from Cleveland for an arrival on North Stradbroke Island at 10:00 am.
